THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH (TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDERS) NOTICE OF VARIATION (NO. 2137357) 2026
NOTICE is hereby given that the Council of the City of Plymouth in exercise of its powers under Sections 46A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and Regulation 25 of the Local Authorities’ Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996 that it is to vary the remittance detailed in Table 112A in the City of Plymouth (Traffic Regulation and Street Parking Places (Consolidation) Order 2004. The Variation is to introduce revised charges as set out below:
