ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984

Warwickshire County Council has made the following Temporary Traffic Orders:

B4455 FOSSE WAY AND C33 LONG ITCHINGTON ROAD, HUNNINGHAM

Order Effect: Roads closed as follows: B4455 Fosse Way –
between Old Fosse Way (Eathorpe) and the entrance to Hill Top Farm.

C33 Long Itchington Road –
from Little End (Hill Road) to entrance to Hunningham House Farm.

Reason for Order: Carriageway resurfacing works, closed 20.00hrs-06.00hrs.

Order Commences: 25 March 2026 for up to 18 months.

Anticipated Completion: 31 March 2026.

Access & Diversion: B4455 Fosse Way: B4455 Fosse Way, A423, A425, B4455 Fosse Way and vice versa. C33 Long Itchington Road: Long Itchington Road, Hunningham Road, B4453 Leamington Road, A423, A425, B4455 Fosse Way, Long Itchington Road, Leamington Road (Snowford Hill), Long Itchington Road and vice versa (Please note there is a restricted bridge height of 4.2m/13’9’ on this route at Snowford Hill). Vehicular access & egress will be maintained where possible and safe to do so for businesses and residents only.

PUBLIC FOOTPATH FROM SHRUBLAND STREET

TO TACHBROOK STREET, LEAMINGTON SPA

Order Effect: Footpath closed to all traffic.

Reason for Order: To safely enable duct installation works.

Order Commences: 23 March 2026 for up to 6 months.

Anticipated Completion: 25 March 2026.

Access & Diversion: Shrubland Street, Tachbrook Street and vice versa.

STATION AVENUE, WARWICK

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.

Reason for Order: Works to install approx 10m of BT poly duct and locate and clear blockages on existing network.

Order Commences: 23 March 2026 for up to 18 months.

Anticipated Completion: 27 March 2026.

Access & Diversion: No diversion available.

CLARKES AVENUE, KENILWORTH

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.

Reason for Order: To safely enable works to lay new ducting.

Order Commences: 23 March 2026 for up to 18 months.

Anticipated Completion: 24 March 2026.

Access & Diversion: No diversion available. Contractor: Talicoms, Tel: 07977 886401.

NEW STREET, KENILWORTH

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.

Reason for Order: Works to clear blockages in Openreach duct.

Order Commences: 21 March 2026 for up to 18 months.

Anticipated Completion: 22 March 2026.

Access & Diversion: New Street, Coventry Road, Kenilworth Road, Fletchamstead Highway, Kenpas Highway, Kenpas Highway Service Road, Leamington Road, Stonebridge Highway, A45, A46, St Johns, Warwick Road, Waverley Road, Priory Road, Rosemary Hill, Bridge Street and vice versa.

Warwickshire County Council proposes to make the following Temporary Traffic Orders:

MOUNTBATTEN AVENUE, KENILWORTH

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.

Reason for Order: The clearance of a blocked duct.

Order Commences: 8 April 2026 for up to 18 months.

Anticipated Completion: 10 April 2026.

Access & Diversion: No diversion is available.

For all of the above temporary orders, pedestrian access to and egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the length of road to be closed will be maintained at all times. Vehicular access will be maintained where possible.
