(TEMPORARY NO WAITING RESTRICTIONS) ORDER 2026
On 19 March 2026 the East Dunbartonshire Council made the above named Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which makes it unlawful for any person to cause or permit any motor vehicle to wait at any time, by reason of public safety and convenience, on either side of that length of Birch View, Bearsden from a point 25 metres or thereby northeast of the extended northeast kerbline of the A81 Milngavie Road north-eastwards for a distance of 36 metres or thereby.
This Order will operate from 06.00 hours on Wednesday, 01 April 2026 until 05.59 hours on Friday, 01 October 2027.
