What is happening?

Shropshire Council
Footpath 59 Kinlet
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14
Temporary Prohibition of Use of Footpath

Shropshire Council has made an order temporarily prohibiting the use of part of Footpath 59 Kinlet which runs from its junction with BW 58R & BW 63R at Longdon Orchard in a general south westerly direction through Kingswood Farm to join with BW UN5 & BW 60 at the entrance to Brand Wood.
The Order will continue to be in operation from 21st March 2026 until the 21st March 2027, or until works are complete whichever is soonest. The closure is required on the grounds of health and safety due to a building adjacent to the footpath collapsing.
