Order 2026 – Peterborough Road, Crowland Ref: 26-336
The effect of which is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along the road known as Peterborough Road, Crowland, from approx. 175m north of Thorney Road for approx. 175m. The Council is satisfied that traffic should be prohibited due to proposed works being executed on the above road. The alternative route for vehicles affected by this order is: Thorney Road, A16, Peterborough Road and vice versa. The proposed order will come into force on the 23/03/2026 and will continue until the new electrical connection works have been completed or until the 22/03/2027, whichever is the earlier. Closure dates will be confirmed locally on site. It is anticipated that the works will take place between the 23/03/2026 and the 02/04/2026. The effect of which is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along the road known as Peterborough Drive, Milton Park, as lies between the A47 and a point 100m east. Access will be maintained to properties affected by this Notice. The Council is satisfied that traffic should be prohibited due to proposed works being executed on the above road. The alternative route for vehicles affected by this order is: none available This notice is made in the interest of trial hole excavation works and will remain effective for no more than 5 days from 21/03/2026.
