REGULATION ORDER 2026 (2281)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nottinghamshire County Council Has Made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, Traffic Management Act 2004, as amended, and The Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (County of Nottinghamshire) Designation Order 2008 (SI 2008 No. 1086), as amended, the effects of which will be, in respects of roads at Mansfield in the District of Mansfield: -
1. Prohibition of Waiting At Any Time along the following length of road:
Berry Hill Lane, Mansfield (north-side)
From its junction with Sandhurst Avenue in a westerly direction for 10 metres.
Berry Hill Lane, Mansfield (north-east side)
From its junction with Sandhurst Avenue in a south-easterly direction for 3 metres.
Sandhurst Avenue, Mansfield (north-east side)
From its junction with Berry Hill Lane in a north-westerly direction for 10 metres.
Sandhurst Avenue, Mansfield (south-west side)
From its junction with Berry Hill Lane in a north-westerly direction for 11 metres.
2. Other restrictions: - Bus Stop Clearway – No Stopping At Any Time, except Buses
Berry Hill Lane, Mansfield (north-east side)
From a point 3 metres south-east of its junction with Sandhurst Avenue in a south-easterly direction for 19 metres.

THIS ORDER WILL COME INTO FORCE ON 19 th MARCH 2026
The proposals have been introduced to deal with inconsiderate and obstructive parking at the junction.
