NO 8) (FINKLE STREET CAR PARK,
MARKET WEIGHTON) ORDER 2026
1. On 18 March 2026 East Riding of Yorkshire Council
made this Order which will be operative from
18 March 2026, the effect of which will be to
introduce two Electric Vehicle (EV) only parking
spaces for the purposes of recharging.
The bays will be restricted to a four hour maximum
stay period on all days between 8am - 6pm.
2.A copy of the Order and relevant plan may be
examined during normal office hours at Market
Weighton Customer Service Centre, Wicstun Centre,
14 Beverley Road, Market Weighton, YO43 3JP.
3. If you wish to question the validity of this Order or
of any provision contained within it on the grounds
that it is not within the powers conferred by the
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds
that any requirement of that Act or any instrument
made under it has not been complied with in relation
to the Order, you may, within six weeks from
18 March 2026 apply to the High Court for this
purpose.
