THE NOTTINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(MILLERS WAY, KIRKBY IN ASHFIELD) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING) TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2026 (4326)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nottinghamshire County Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, Traffic Management Act 2004, as amended, and The Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (County of Nottinghamshire) Designation Order 2008 (SI 2008 No. 1086), as amended, the effects of which will be in respect of roads at Kirkby in Ashfield in the District of Ashfield:

1. Proposed prohibition of Waiting At Any Time along the following lengths of road: - MILLERS WAY, KIRKBY IN ASHFIELD (the east side) From its junction with Lane End in a northerly then north-easterly direction for 58 metres

MILLERS WAY, KIRKBY IN ASHFIELD (the west side) From its junction with Lane End in a northerly direction for 37 metres
