East Boldre - Temporary Road Closure due to Openreach Utility Works
What is happening?
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE – VARIOUS ROADS, EAST BOLDRE, NEW FOREST
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council has made an order under S.14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to allow works to be carried out on or near the road.
ROAD TO BE CLOSED: Main Road between its junction with New Inn Lane and its junction with Cripplegate Lane.
Cripplegate Lane between its junction with Main Road and its junction with Strawberry Fields.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Lodge Lane, Bunkers Hill, Hatchet Lane, B3054, Walhampton Road, Undershore Road, South Baddesley Road, Lymington Road, Main Road.
DURATION OF ORDER: from Wednesday 11th March 2026 for a period of 6 months or until completion of the works whichever is sooner. (Notwithstanding, it is expected that the closure will be required for no longer than 1 day working between the hours 09:30-15:30).
