NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council have made the following Order,
Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council (Temporary Closure of Public Right Of Way at Blakeley Walk, Netherton) Order 2026 the effect of which is to temporarily prohibit any pedestrians proceeding on the Public Right of Way at Blakeley Walk between Yew Tree Hills and Yew Tree Road, for the purpose of gas mains replacement work being carried out on or near the affected public right of way. The order will come into operation on 23/03/2026 and will remain in force until 06/04/2026 or until the works are completed, whichever is the earlier. The maximum duration of the order is 6 months. Pedestrians will be diverted via: Yew Tree Hills,
Marriott Road, Yew Tree Road, and vice versa.
Access to frontages and for emergency vehicles will be maintained where safe to do so. For further information on the restrictions in this notice, please contact Traffic Management on 01384 814950.
