TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ARRANGEMENTS ELGAR ROAD, COVENTRY
Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), has made a temporary Order, the effect of the Order will be to prohibit vehicles from waiting, loading or unloading, entering or proceeding along Elgar Road commencing at its junction with Purcell Road and continuing to its junction with Sullivan Road.
The Order will come into effect from 00:01 hours on Wednesday 18th March 2026 and is required to enable the safe renewal of a short communication pipe (25mm).
The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen (18) months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is expected that the works will be completed by Friday 20th March 2026.
Exemptions will be provided for:
(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or civil enforcement officer in uniform;
(b) emergency service vehicles, local authority vehicles and statutory undertaker vehicles at the time of an emergency for that vehicle to have access to part of a street under restriction imposed by the Order;
(c) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;
(d) local vehicular access to Elgar Road.
Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ARRANGEMENTS CRABMILL LANE, COVENTRY
Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), has made a temporary Order, the effect of the Order will be to prohibit vehicles from waiting, loading or unloading, entering or proceeding along Crabmill Lane commencing at its junction with Stoney Stanton Road and continuing to its junction with Bryn Road.
The Order will come into effect from 00:01 hours on Monday 16th March 2026 and is required to enable a new gas service pipe to be laid safely.
The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen (18) months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier.
It is expected that the works will be completed by Friday 20th March 2026.
Exemptions will be provided for:
(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or civil enforcement officer in uniform;
(b) emergency service vehicles, local authority vehicles and statutory undertaker vehicles at the time of an emergency for that vehicle to have access to part of a street under restriction imposed by the Order;
(c) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;
(d) local vehicular access to Crabmill Lane.
Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

TEMPORARY PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY/ FOOTPATH CLOSURE
PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY FARR DRIVE FROM 12 TOTILE HILL LANE COVENTRY
Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), has made a temporary Order, the effect of which will be a closure of the length of footpath detailed in the Schedule below (when appropriate signage is in place).
The Order will come into operation at 00:01 hours on Monday 16th March 2026 and is required to allow to allow Cadent Gas to safely carry out a gas main replacement.
The maximum duration of this Order is six (6) months but it is expected that the works will be completed by Friday 27th March 2026.
Closure times would be as signed on site.
Any alternative route for pedestrians would be sign posted on site.
Exemptions would be provided for
(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or civil enforcement officer in uniform;

F P Farr Drive From 12 To Tile Hill Lane Entire length
TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ARRANGEMENTS JASMINE GROVE, COVENTRY
Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), intends to make a temporary Order, the effect of the Order would be to temporarily prohibit the right hand turn from Jasmine Grove onto Allard Way when prescribed signs are displayed. The prohibition would prevent traffic turning right from the junction of Jasmine Grove into Allard Way whilst the Order is in force.
The Order will come into effect at 07:00 hours on Friday 13th March 2026 and is required due to public safety concerns in the area. The existing southbound closure on Humber Road is causing significant traffic congestion in the area in particular, at the junction of Jasmine Grove and Allard Way. The Order will help manage traffic flow and maintain public safety until the works taking place on Humber Road are completed.
The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen (18) months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is expected that the works will be completed by Sunday 31st May 2026.
The specific closure times will apply as the signage indicates on site.
Diversion(s) for vehicular traffic will be as signed on site.
Access to premises will be maintained wherever possible.
Exemptions would be provided for:
(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or civil enforcement officer in uniform;
(b) emergency service vehicles, local authority vehicles and statutory undertaker vehicles at the time of an emergency for that vehicle to have access to part of a street under restriction imposed by the Order;
Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ARRANGEMENTS KINGSLAND AVENUE, COVENTRY
Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), intends to make a temporary Order, the effect of the Order would be to prohibit vehicles from waiting, loading or unloading, entering or proceeding on Kingsland Avenue commencing from its junction with Alleses Old Road and continuing southbound for approximately 10m.
The Order would come into effect at 00.01 hours on Tuesday 24th March 2026 and is required to allow Seven Trent Water to renew a frame and cover on the said road.
The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen (18) months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is expected that the works would be completed by Tuesday 24th March 2026.
The specific closure times would apply as the signage indicates on site.
Diversion(s) for vehicular traffic would be as signed on site.
Exemptions would be provided for:
(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or civil enforcement officer in uniform;
(b) emergency service vehicles, local authority vehicles and statutory undertaker vehicles at the time of an emergency for that vehicle to have access to part of a street under restriction imposed by the Order;

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ARRANGEMENTS ANCHORWAY ROAD, COVENTRY
Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), intends to make a temporary Order, the effect of the Order would be to prohibit vehicles from waiting, loading or unloading, entering or proceeding on Anchorway Road commencing from a point outside No. 157 Anchorway Road and then continuing 10m in each direction.
The Order would come into effect at 00.01 hours on Monday 23rd March 2026 and is required to allow Severn Trent Water to renew a frame and cover on the said road.
The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen (18) months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is expected that the works would be completed by Monday 23rd March 2026.
The specific closure times would apply as the signage indicates on site.
Diversion(s) for vehicular traffic would be as signed on site.
Exemptions would be provided for:
(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or civil enforcement officer in uniform;

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ARRANGEMENTS AINSBURY ROAD, COVENTRY
Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), intends to make a temporary Order, the effect of the Order would be to prohibit vehicles from waiting, loading or unloading, entering or proceeding on Ainsbury Road commencing from its junction with Lynbrook Road and continuing to its junction with Ingram Road.
The Order would come into effect at 00.01 hours on Monday 23rd March 2026 and is required to allow Cadent Gas to complete a gas service alteration on the said road.
The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen (18) months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is expected that the works would be completed by Wednesday 25th March 2026.
The specific closure times would apply as the signage indicates on site.
Diversion(s) for vehicular traffic would be as signed on site.
Exemptions would be provided for:
(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or civil enforcement officer in uniform;
(b) emergency service vehicles, local authority vehicles and statutory undertaker vehicles at the time of an emergency for that vehicle to have access to part of a street under restriction imposed by the Order;

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ARRANGEMENTS UPLANDS, COVENTRY
Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), intends to make a temporary Order, the effect of the Order would be to prohibit vehicles from waiting, loading or unloading, entering or proceeding along that part of Uplands commencing at its junction with Gun Lane and continuing to its junction with Alliance Way.
The Order would come into effect from 09:30 hours on Sunday 22nd March 2026 and is required to enable the safe replacement of a manhole cover and frame.
The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen (18) months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is expected that the works would be completed by 15:30 hours on Sunday 22nd March 2026.
Exemptions would be provided for:
(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or civil enforcement officer in uniform;
(b) emergency service vehicles, local authority vehicles and statutory undertaker vehicles at the time of an emergency for that vehicle to have access to part of a street under restriction imposed by the Order;
(c) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;
(d) local vehicular access to Uplands.
Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ARRANGEMENTS MARLBOROUGH ROAD, COVENTRY
Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), intends to make a temporary Order, the effect of the Order would be to prohibit vehicles from waiting, loading or unloading, entering or proceeding along Marlborough Road commencing at its junction with Hamilton Road and continuing to its junction with Dean Street.
The Order would come into effect from 00:01 hours on Monday 23rd March 2026 and is required to enable long communications pipes to be installed safely.
The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen (18) months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is expected that the works would be completed by Thursday 26th March 2026
Exemptions would be provided for:
(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or civil enforcement officer in uniform;
(b) emergency service vehicles, local authority vehicles and statutory undertaker vehicles at the time of an emergency for that vehicle to have access to part of a street under restriction imposed by the Order;
(c) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;
(d) local vehicular access to Marlborough Road.
Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ARRANGEMENTS ARBURY AVENUE, COVENTRY
Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), intends to make a temporary Order, the effect of the Order would be to prohibit vehicles from waiting, loading or unloading, entering or proceeding on Arbury Avenue commencing from its junction with Foleshill Road and continuing approximately 30m in length along Arbury Avenue.
The Order would come into effect at 09.00 hours on Sunday 22nd March 2026 and is required to facilitate the safe repair of a manhole cover and frame on Foleshill Road.
The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen (18) months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is expected that the works would be completed by 15.00 hours on Sunday 22nd March 2026.
The specific closure times would apply as the signage indicates on site.
Diversion(s) for vehicular traffic would be as signed on site.
Exemptions would be provided for:
(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or civil enforcement officer in uniform;
