Midlothian Council on 9 March 2026 made the above Order, which comes into force on 6 April 2026. The Order creates a limited duration drop-off/pickup bay, applicable only at school times, on Easthouses Road, Easthouses.

Midlothian Council on 9 March 2026 made the above Order, which comes into force on 6 April 2026. The Order creates a limited duration drop-off/pickup bay, applicable only at school times, on Stobhill Road, Gorebridge. * * * * *

Anyone wishing to question the validity of either Order or of their provisions on the grounds that they are not within the powers of the relevant enabling Act, or that a requirement of such Act or of any relevant regulation has not been complied with, may within six weeks from 9 March 2026 apply for this purpose to the Court of Session.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Midlothian Council has made a temporary Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffi c Regulation Act 1984, as amended, prohibiting parking, waiting, loading and unloading on Myrtle Crescent, Bilston, both kerblines, from Eskgrove Drive to Castlelaw Crescent. The Order shall have effect on 16 March 2026 and shall remain in force up to and including 12 July 2026.
