SECTIONS 35C AND 46A OF THE ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
NOTICE OF VARIATION TO PARKING CHARGES
Hillingdon Council hereby gives notice under Sections 35c and 46a of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 of a variation to the parking charges within Hillingdon borough:
1. To revise the charges which apply to parking at on street and off-street locations as set out in the Schedule below.
2. To increase the current cost of resident parking permits within all Parking Management Schemes as follows:
1st permit – Old price – £84/New price – £92.40
4th permit – Old price – £199.50/New price – £219.50
2nd permit – Old price – £120.80/New price – £132.90
5th permit and any subsequent permits
3rd permit – Old price – £162.80/New price – £179.10
Old price –£236.30/New price – £259.90
3. To increase the current cost of additional visitor vouchers within all Parking Management Schemes from £1.42 to £1.56 per visitor voucher session.
4. To increase the current cost business parking permits within all Parking Management Schemes as follows:
3 months – Old price – £167/New price – £183.75
6 months – Old price – £334/New price – £367.50
12 months – Old price – £668/New price – £735
5. To increase the current cost of mobile parking permits within all Parking Management Schemes as follows:
Mobile permit – Non profit organisation (per annum) – Old price £21/New price £23
Mobile permit – Staff (per annum) – Old price £21/New price £23
Mobile permit – Commercial organisation (per annum) – Old price £504/New price £554
The new charges will come into operation on Monday 6th April 2026 and were approved by the Council’s Cabinet on 23rd December 2025 and ratified at full Council on 26th February 2026.
