(TEMPORARY ROAD RESTRICTION AND TRAFFIC REGULATION)
ORDER 2026 – TEMP/26/44

The Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be that for a temporary period, to facilitate garage construction works, no person shall: (a) drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle; and (b) except with the permission of a Parking Attendant, cause or permit any vehicle to wait or load onto or unload from any vehicle at any time on any part of Cultins Rd (south spur bridge over the Union Canal), from 22m north-east of the extended north-west kerbline of Calder Rd, westwards for 51m. There is no available diversion with respect to the closure of Cultins Rd (south spur bridge over the Union Canal), where local access will not be maintained. The Order shall have effect from 16/03/26 to 30/08/26.
