THE CITY OF EDINBURGH COUNCIL

(GORGIE ROAD & STEVENSON DRIVE) (NO.2) 

(TEEMPORARY ROAD RESTRICTION AND TRAFFIC REGULATION) ORDER 2026 – TEMP/26/49

The Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be that for a temporary period, to facilitate sewer replacement works, no person shall: except with the permission of a Parking Attendant, cause or permit any vehicle to wait or load onto or unload from any vehicle at any time on any part of: (i) Balgreen Rd, north-east side, from the extended south-east kerbline of Stevenson Dr, south-eastwards for 205m; (ii) Stevenson Dr, north-west side, from the extended north-east kerbline of Stenhouse Ave, northeastwards to 75m north-east of the extended south-east kerbline of Whitson Ter; (iii) Stenhouse Rd, north side, from a point 30m east of the extended south-east kerbline of Stevenson Dr, eastwards for 300m; and (iv) Stenhouse Dr, both sides, from the extended south-east kerbline of Stenhouse Cross, south-eastwards to the extended northwest building line of No.44 Stenhouse Dr. Existing waiting/ loading restrictions and Greenways parking bays and waiting/stopping restrictions shall be suspended in relation to the affected sections of roads described. The Order shall have effect from 16/03/26 to 24/07/26.
