Notice of Variation of Charges at Off-Street Parking Places Harrogate Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 – Section 35c The North Yorkshire Council hereby gives Notice in exercise of its powers under Sections 35(1), 35(3) & 35C of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & Regulation 25 of the Local Authorities’ Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England & Wales) Regulations 1996 that it is to vary the current parking charges for pay & display off-street parking places in Schedule I to the Harrogate Borough Council (Off Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2013. The Variation is to introduce revised charges for pay & display from 09/04/25 as set out below:- Dragon Road - 2 Hours from £1.90 to £2.10; 4 Hours from £3.40 to £3.80; 12 Hours from £6.40 to £7.10; 24 Hours from £8.10 to £9.00; 6pm – 12pm from £1.40 to £1.50.
