REVOCATION) (VARIOUS STREETS, FLAMBOROUGH) (EXPERIMENTAL) ORDER 2026

1. East Riding of Yorkshire Council are to make an Experimental Road Traffic Regulation Order the effect of which
will be:
a) to prohibit vehicles from proceeding at a speed exceeding 20 mph on the following lengths of road:

4. The order will be experimental and will be operative from 26 February 2026 for a period of 18 months with
the intention of making a permanent order immediately following the 18 month period. Any objections will be
included for consideration before a decision is made whether or not to make a permanent order.
5. A copy of the Experimental Order, annotated illustrative drawing and a statement of the council’s reasons for
proposing to make the Order are available for inspection at Town Hall, Quay Road, Bridlington, YO16 4LP.
A copy of the street notice and relevant plan have been placed on the council’s website (East Riding of Yorkshire
Council, Traffic Management and Road Safety). Any enquiries relating to these proposals may be made to

6. Objections to the Experimental Order, stating the grounds for objection, should be emailed to

Communities & Environment, Beverley Depot, Annie Reed Road, Beverley, HU17 0LF by 12 September 2026.
