Notice of Variation of Charges at Off-Street Parking Places Scarborough, Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 – Section 35c The North Yorkshire Council hereby gives Notice in exercise of its powers under Sections 35(1), 35(3) & 35C of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & Regulation 25 of the Local Authorities’ Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England & Wales) Regulations 1996 that it is to vary the current parking charges for pay & display off-street parking places in Schedule B to the Borough of Scarborough (Off Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2012 (as amended).
