(TEMPORARY SPEED RESTRICTION) (No.TTRO/1974) ORDER 2026
Falkirk Council has made the above-named Order under Section 14(1) and (4) as read with Section 2(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 on 3 September 2024.
The effect of this Order shall be to temporarily restrict the speed of vehicles to 30mph on the lengths of road identified in the Schedule to this Order and shall come into force at 05.00 hours on 30 March 2026 and ceases to have effect at 05.00 hours on 02 April 2027 or until completion of the works, whichever is sooner.
The temporary speed restriction is considered necessary to facilitate works being carried out but will only have effect in relation to such part of parts of the lengths of road as are indicated by the appropriate traffic signs and during the periods corresponding to those lengths of road specified in the Schedule to this Order.
