(VARIOUS ROADS IN RESPECT OF SURFACE
TREATMENT WORKS) (TEMPORARY
PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wolverhampton City
Council propose to make an Order under Section 14(1)(a)
of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as substituted by
the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991,
prohibiting vehicles from proceeding on the following
stretches of road:
l Kemsey Drive closed in its entirety. Access/egress to
frontages to be maintained. It is anticipated that the
restrictions will be in place between the hours of 08:00 and
17:00 only, and for only one day between 23 March 2026
and 3 April 2026.
l Twyford Grove closed in its entirety. Access/egress to
frontages to be maintained. It is anticipated that the
restrictions will be in place between the hours of 08:00 and
17:00 only, and for only one day between 23 March 2026
and 3 April 2026.
l Reynolds Walk closed in its entirety. Access/egress to
frontages to be maintained. It is anticipated that the
restrictions will be in place between the hours of 08:00 and
17:00 only, and for only one day between 23 March 2026
and 3 April 2026.
l Soberton Close closed in its entirety. Access/egress to
frontages to be maintained. It is anticipated that the
restrictions will be in place between the hours of 08:00 and
17:00 only, and for only one day between 23 March 2026
and 3 April 2026.
l Neville Avenue closed in its entirety. Access/egress to
frontages to be maintained. It is anticipated that the
restrictions will be in place between the hours of 08:00 and
17:00 only, and for only one day between 23 March 2026
and 3 April 2026.
l Longdon Avenue closed in its entirety. Access/egress to
frontages to be maintained. It is anticipated that the
restrictions will be in place between the hours of 08:00 and
17:00 only, and for only one day between 23 March 2026
and 3 April 2026.
l Meon Way closed in its entirety. Access/egress to
frontages to be maintained. It is anticipated that the
restrictions will be in place between the hours of 08:00 and
17:00 only, and for only one day between 23 March 2026
and 3 April 2026.
l Chilworth Avenue closed in its entirety. Access/egress to
frontages to be maintained. It is anticipated that the
restrictions will be in place between the hours of 08:00 and
17:00 only, and for only one day between 23 March 2026
and 3 April 2026.
The Order is required to facilitate surface treatment works
in the carriageway.
