Siviters Lane & Ross Traffic Calming Scheme, Rowley Regis

Speed Cushions, Speed Table & Pedestrian Crossing – Consultation The council proposes to construct speed cushions and a speed table to reduce the speed of vehicles along Siviters Lane and Ross at the following locations:

Siviters Lane – speed cushions: Location; length (m); width (m); height (mm)

Adjacent to Number 54; 3.5; 2.0; 85 - 2 No.

Adjacent Number 2; 3.5; 1.8; 85 - 3 No.

Outside Number 109; 3.5; 2.0; 85 - 2 No.

Ross – speed cushions: Location; length (m); width (m); height (mm) Between Numbers 7/8; 3.5; 2.0; 85 - 2 No.

Between Numbers 20/20a; 3.5; 1.8; 85 - 3 No.

Between Numbers 25/26; 3.5; 2.0; 85 - 2 No.

Between Numbers 121/122; 3.5; 2.0; 85 - 2 No.

Outside Number 97; 3.5; 2.0; 85 - 2 No.

Siviters Lane/Siviters Close junction; between Numbers 30 & 31; 19; 15; 75

It is also proposed to locate a new pedestrian (Puffin) crossing on Ross, 18 metres north of the junction with Conway Drive, for safe passage of pedestrians and cyclists to cross Ross.
