York – Variation of Off-Street Parking Charges
What is happening?

OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES NOTICE OF VARIATION OF CHARGES APRIL 2026
The City of York Council, having made a resolution to vary the charges hereby gives notice in accordance as set out in The York Off-Street Parking Places Order 2013, hereby gives notice in accordance with Section 35C and Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 that the revised charges will come into effect at 0001 hours on 1st April 2026. This Notice has the effect of amending the provisions of the said Order by deleting the existing charges and substituting the revised charges wherever they are required to be changed to accord with the following schedule:
