NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the fees charged by the Council for Hackney Carriage & Private Hire Vehicles and Operator Licences granted under Part 2 of the Act shall be varied in accordance with the provisions of Section 70(3) of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976. Proposed Fees and Charges with effect from 1st May 2026

Objections in respect of the above variations must be made in writing or by email and should be received no later than 8th April 2026 and addressed to:- Licensing Manager, Mansfield District Council, Civic Centre, Chesterfield Road South, Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, NG19 7BH or email to
If no objections are received, the fees will come into force on the date indicated above. If objections are received and not subsequently withdrawn, a further date shall be set (not later than 2 months after the date indicated above) for the variation to come into force (with or without) modification as decided by the Council after consideration of the objections.
