(FOOTPATH FROM KNIGHTSMEAD TO MEADOW LANE, CULLOMPTON) (NO. 2) ORDER 2026 TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS 

NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council intends to make the above titled order. From 30/3/26 for a maximum of 18 months. Anticipated Finish 6/5/26. 

No person shall proceed on the sections of Affected Paths except for access to land or premises on or adjacent to those lengths of paths. Roads affected: FOOTPATH FROM KNIGHTSMEAD TO MEADOW LANE, CULLOMPTON. 

The alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via - MEADOW LANE, EXETER ROAD, KNIGHTSWOOD & VICE VERSA. 

This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: GAS MAINS REPLACEMENT WORKS.

No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to park or wait on the sections of Affected Roads. Roads affected: BEECH ROAD, TIVERTON, (FROM OUTSIDE 44 TO OUTSIDE 30). THERE IS NO ALTERNATIVE ROUTE.

This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: DIRECTIONAL DRILLING INSTALLATION OF NEW WATER MAIN TO REPLACE FAILING 3 INCH ASBESTOS WATER MAIN.

No person shall except upon the direction or with permission of a Police Officer in uniform or of a Civil Enforcement Officer cause or permit any vehicle to wait or load & unload at any time on any day on any of the lengths of road specified above. 

Roads affected: BRIDGE STREET, KINGSBRIDGE. THERE IS NO ALTERNATIVE ROUTE. 

This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: PROHIBITION OF LOADING BAY, REPLACED WITH TEMP BUS STOP.
