Mae Cyngor Sir Ddinbych yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn ddim cyn na 7 diwrnod o 4 Mawrth 2026 sy’n gwahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag teithio ar hyd y ffordd ddiddosbarth ger Llanfwrog yn Sir Ddinbych, o’r enw ‘Ffordd Aberdd u Woodlands’ sy’n ymestyn tua’r de o’i chyffordd gyda ‘chyffordd Brynfynnon i Penrhengoed’ am bellter o tua 580 metr.

Mae angen cau’r ffordd er mwyn i Sunbelt Rentals wneud gwaith ar ran Openreach ar y ceblau uwchben y ffordd, gosod polion yn lle’r rhai presennol, profi ac a thorri coed. Bydd y ffordd ar agor i gerddwyr drwy gydol y cyfnod cau.

Bydd arwyddion i ddangos y llwybr amgen.

Bydd y Gorchymyn mewn grym o 23 Mawrth 2026 am gyfnod o ddeunaw mis, neu hyd nes y bydd y gwaith wedi’i gwblhau, pa un bynnag sydd gynharaf. Disgwylir i’r gwaith barhau tan tua 27 Mawrth 2026.

NOTICE OF TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER

DENBIGHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

UNCLASSIFIED ROAD LLANFWROG

NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1)

Denbighshire County Council intends not sooner than 7 days from 4th March 2026 to make an Order prohibiting vehicles using the unclassified road near Llanfwrog in the County of Denbigh known as ‘Aberdd u woodlands Road’ which extends southward from its junction with ‘Brynfynnon to Penrhengoed junction’ for a distance of approximately 580 metres.

The closure is necessary to facilitate overhead cabling, pole replacement pole testing and tree cutting by Sunbelt Rentals on behalf of Openreach. Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the period of closure.

The alternative route will be as signposted.

The Order is effective from 23rd March 2026 for an eighteen-month period or the earlier completion of the works whichever is soonest. The works are expected to last approximately until 27th March 2026.
