PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wolverhampton City Council propose to make an Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as substituted by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, prohibiting vehicles from proceeding along Pond Crescent - outside property 11. Access/Egress to frontages to be maintained.
The Order may operate for a maximum period of eighteen months it is anticipated that the road closure will be in place from the 16th March 2026 until the 19th March 2026 (approximately).
The Order is required to facilitate lay new gas service by Cadent Gas.
