The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled “The Stopping up of Highway (Yorkshire & Humber) (No. 7) Order 2026” authorising the stopping up of a length of Hill Street at Kingston Upon Hull, in the City of Hull. This is to enable development as permitted by Hull City Council under reference 25/00130/FULL.
Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, PO Box 1393, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE99 5FQ or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting SUO0977791). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at The Wilson Centre, 1 Alfred Gelder Street, Hull, HU1 2AG.
Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 6 March 2026. S Zamenzadeh, Casework Manager
