ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984: SECTION 14
TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART OF THE U1433 ASHMANS ROAD, BECCLES
Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the U1433 Ashmans Road, Beccles from the junction with Whitenouse Gardens to the junction with Ringsfield Road to facilitate a new electricity connection. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period. Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.
The diversion route will be the B1062, Ringsfield Road and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will operate from 02/03/2026 - 06/03/2026 but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF THE U7011 STUBBINS LANE AND HIGHWOOD ROAD, GAZELEY
Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the following roads:
• The U7011 Stubbins Lane, Gazeley
• The U7011 Highwood Road, Gazeley
This is to facilitate installation of a fibre network. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period. Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.
The diversion route will be The Street from Stubbins Lane to Highwood Road junctions and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will operate from 02/03/2026 - 13/03/2026 but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART OF THE U6428 IXWORTH THORPE ROAD, BARDWELL
Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the U6428 Ixworth Thorpe Road, Bardwell from Place Farm for 40 metres westbound to facilitate water meter maintenance. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period. Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.
The diversion route will be Ixworth Thorpe Road, Bardwell Road, Low Street, Church Road, Ixworth Thorpe Road and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will operate on 02/03/2026 from 8am - 6pm but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART OF THE C624 TUDDENHAM ROAD, BARTON MILLS
Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the C624 Tuddenham Road, Barton Mills from 80 metres south of the A11 for 200 metres southbound to facilitate civil works. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period. Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.
The diversion route will be Tuddenham Road, the A11, the A1101, the B1106, the A14, Higham Road, Tuddenham Road and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will operate from 02/03/2026 - 10/03/2026 but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

The diversion route will be B1077, Gracechurch Street and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will operate from 11pm on 02/03/2026 - 6am on 03/03/2026 but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

The diversion route will be The Street, Stoke Road, the A140, the B1117, the B1077 and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will operate on 02/03/2026 from 10.30am - 2.30pm but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

The diversion route will be Eye Road, the B1117, the A140, the B1118 and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will operate from 02/03/2026 - 06/03/2026 but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

• U7438 Lawshall Row, Lawshall from Browwood to Beechwood Cottage
• C684 Rectory Corner, Lawshall

The diversion route will be The Pound, Nowton Road, Hawstead, Hawstead Road, Bury Road, Nowton Road, Bury St Edmunds, the A1302, the A134, Shimpling Road, Cockfield Road, Bunkers Hill, The Street, Slough Hill, Little Chadacre, Mill Hill and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will operate from 02/03/2026 - 11/03/2026 but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART OF THE F0938 VARIOUS FOOTPATHS, CAPEL ST MARY
Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the following footways in the following phases:
1. F0938 Footway beside number 72 Thorney Road behind Barfield to behind number 2 Garrods, Capel St Mary from Thornhill Road to number 8 and F0938 Footway outside number 13 Winding Piece, Capel St Mary
2. F0938 Footway beside number 72 Thorney Road behind Barfield to behind number 2 Garrods, Capel St Mary from number 13 to number 23
This is to facilitate installation of telecommunications ducts. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.
The diversion routes will be;
3. Winding Piece, Thorney Road and vice versa.
4. Barfield Road, Thorney Road and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will operate from
5. 02/03/2026 - 06/03/2026
6. 09/03/2026 - 13/03/2026
If necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

TEMPORARY CLOSURE AND SUSPENSION OF ONE-WAY TRAFFIC ON PART OF THE U4555 TAKERS LANE, STOWMARKET
Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the U4555 Takers Lane, Stowmarket from 85 metres west of the junction with Ipswich Road for 20 metres eastbound to facilitate a stop tap replacement. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period. Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.
The diversion routes will be:
1. Lime Tree Place, Ipswich Road and vice versa.
2. Bridge Street and vice versa.
For the duration of this closure, there will be a temporary suspension of one-way traffic on the U4555 Takers Lane, Stowmarket.
It is intended that these measures will operate from 8pm 02/03/2026 - 6am 03/03/2026 but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

It is intended that the closure will operate from 02/03/2026 - 15/03/2026 but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

It is intended that the closure will operate from 11/03/2026 from 9.30am - 3pm but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

It is intended that the closure will operate from 11/03/2026 - 12/03/2026 from 8am - 5pm but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).
