LANCASHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(HAYDOCKS LANE, PRESTON, PRESTON CITY) (REVOCATION AND 20MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 202*

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lancashire County Council propose to make the above Speed Limit Order under Sections 84 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to:
1) Revoke the "Lancashire County Council (Haydocks Lane Area Zone, Cottam, Preston City) (20mph Speed Limit) Order 2002" insofar as it relates to Haydocks Lane in Schedule 1.
2) Introduce a 20mph speed limit on Haydocks Lane, Preston, from its roundabout junction with The Weald to a point 25 metres north west of its roundabout junction with Cottam Way.

A copy of the draft Order and associated documents for proposing to make the Order may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of Preston City Council, PO Box 10, Town Hall, Lancaster Road, Preston, PR1 2RL and at the offices of The Director of Law and Governance, Lancashire County Council, County Hall, Fishergate, Preston PR1 8XJ, and on Lancashire County Councils Website
