LONDON BOROUGH OF SUTTON
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Sutton propose to make the following Order The Sutton (Parking, Waiting, Loading and Stopping Restrictions) (Amendment No.*) Order 202* under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 (insofar as applicable) to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and all other powers thereunto enabling
2. The general effect of the Order will be to: -
(a) extend no waiting restrictions operating ‘at any time’ (double yellow lines) in Antrobus Close outside and opposite No. 15; and
(b) introduce waiting restrictions operating Monday to Saturday between 11am to 1pm (single yellow lines) in Gander Green Lane outside Cheam Practice to No. 281.
3. Commencing 26 February 2026 copies of the proposed Order, of the Council’s Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order and draft map-based schedules showing the location and the effect of the proposals may be inspected as follows: -
(a) online at https://streets.appyway.com/sutton selecting MapSut1222 WS37F – Sutton West & East Cheam;
(b) at the Council’s Civic Offices, St Nicholas Way, Sutton, SM1 1EA; or
(c) copies of the draft Order and draft map-based schedules can also be obtained by calling 020 8770 5000 (between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday).
4. Alternatively comments to the proposed Order can be submitted either electronically via the link provided in paragraph 3(a) or in writing to the TMO Team, Highways and Transport, Kingston & Sutton Shared Environment Service, Civic Offices, St Nicholas Way, Sutton, SM1 1EA by 19 March 2026 quoting reference MapSut1222.
