What is happening?

Warwickshire County Council

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 Warwickshire County Council has made the following Temporary Traffic Orders:

A423 BANBURY ROAD/SOUTHAM ROAD, FARNBOROUGH

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic from Ducketts Lane (Main Street) to County Boundary.

Reason for Order: Carriageway patching and associated works, overnight 2000-0600hrs on 8-9 March and 10-11 March.

Order Commences: 8 March 2026 for up to 18 months.

Anticipated Completion: 11 March 2026.

Access & Diversion: A423, A422, A361, A45, A425, A423 and vice versa.

Contractor: Balfour Beatty, Tel: 03452 415 302.

Warwickshire County Council proposes to make the following Temporary Traffic Orders:

OLD HILL, LONG COMPTON

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.

Reason for Order: To enable repair/replacement of defective manhole cover and frame.

Order Commences: 24 March 2026 for up to 18 months.

Anticipated Completion: 24 March 2026.

Access & Diversion: Old Hill, Old Road, Oxford Road, Rollright Road, Old Hill Lane and vice versa. Contractor: CSP, Tel: 07918 298 599.

For all of the above temporary orders, pedestrian access to and egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the length of road to be closed will be maintained at all times. Vehicular access will be maintained where possible.
