Adderbury Footpath No. 16 (part) Modification
Order 2025
On the 17 February 2026, Oxfordshire County Council confirmed without modification the above order made under section 53 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981. The effect of the order as confirmed is to modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by: -
adding to them the public footpath from Mill Lane at OS grid reference SP 4700 3523 running west-south-westwards for 14m to SP 4699 3522.

Order 2025
On the 17 February 2026, Oxfordshire County Council confirmed without modification the above order made under section 53 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981. The effect of the order as confirmed is to modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by: adding to them the public footpath from Wigginton FP3 at the Wigginton Parish boundary at SP 3934 3308 running southsouth-eastwards for 22m to Wigginton Road at SP 3935 3306.

The orders as confirmed became operative on the date of confirmation but if a person aggrieved by an order wants to question its validity, on the ground that it is not within the powers of section 53 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, or on the ground that any requirement of Schedule 15 to the Act has not been complied with in relation to the order, he or she may, under paragraph 12 of Schedule 15 to the Act, within 42 days from 5 March 2026, make an application for that purpose to the High Court.
