What is happening?

TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
KEEPERS CORNER ROAD,
STONY HOUGHTON
WHEN: 10 March 2026 (09:00 to 16:00).
WHERE: Keepers Corner Road, Stony Houghton between a point 100m northeast of its jct. with Rotherham Road for a distance of 220 m in a northerly direction.
REASON: To facilitate tree works.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Keepers Corner Road, Rotherham Road, Green Lane, Keepers Corner Road and vice versa.
Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road. The road will re-open as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised. Anyone needing further information should ring Call Derbyshire on 01629 533190. The County Council has made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic.
