NOTICE is hereby given that the City of Doncaster Council have
made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation
Act 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary
Restrictions) Act 1991 because works are being or proposed to
be executed on or near the public footpath and the effect will be
to prohibit any pedestrian from proceeding in that length of
Public Footpath Number 1 Bentley with Arksey in the City of
Doncaster District as described in the Schedule to this notice
from the 16th March 2026.
Reason for closure: To ensure the safety of the public and the
workforce whilst work is undertaken on the natural flood
management scheme and associated realignment of the footpath.
NOTICE is also given that there is no alternative route for
pedestrians affected by the Order.

PUBLIC FOOTPATH NOS. 3 & 13 ADWICK LE STREET
DEFINITIVE MAP MODIFICATION ORDER 2026
The above order, made on 4th March 2026, if confirmed as
made, will modify the definitive map and statement for the area
by adding to them (1) the footpath from Chestnut Avenue
between numbers 20 and 22 at grid reference SE 5398 1001
and proceeding north-eastwards for some 68 metres to grid
reference SE 5402 1006; (2) the footpath from Patterdale Close
at grid reference SE 5417 1020 and proceeding north-northeastwards for some 59 metres to grid reference SE 5419 1025;
(3) the footpath from Patterdale Close at grid reference SE 5417
1022 and proceeding east-south-eastwards for some 38 metres
to the rear of 51 Langdale Road at grid reference SE 5420 1020;
and varying the particulars relating to (1) the footpath from grid
reference SE 5402 1006 for some 144 metres to grid reference
SE 5411 1017; (2) the footpath from grid reference SE 5419
1025 for some 33 metres to Grasmere Road at grid reference SE
5422 1028 by providing that the width is modified to 1.8 metres.

Any representation or objection relating to the order must be sent
in writing to the Service Director of Legal and Democratic
Services, City of Doncaster Council, Civic Office, Waterdale,

17th April 2026, and applicants are requested to state the
grounds on which it is made.
If no representations or objections are duly made to the order, or
to any part of it, or if any so made are withdrawn, the City of
Doncaster Council, instead of submitting the order to the
Secretary of State (or part of it if the authority has by notice to
the Secretary of State so elected under paragraph 5 of Schedule
15 to the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981) may itself confirm
the order (or that part of the order). If the order is submitted to
the Secretary of State for the Environment in whole or in part,
any representations or objections which have been duly made

Notice is hereby given that the City of Doncaster Council
proposes to make an Order under the provisions of the Road
Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers.
The effect of the Order will be to introduce a no waiting at any
time restriction on the following length of road:-
Churchill Road, Wheatley
South Side
(i) From a point 265 metres north east of its junction with the
north eastern kerb line of Radiance Road for a distance of 40
metres in a north easterly direction.
Exceptions to the Order will permit waiting for the purpose of
picking up and setting down passengers, loading and unloading
goods and in connection with building industrial or demolition
operations, the removal of obstructions to traffic, the
maintenance of the roads and the services therein in pursuance
of statutory powers or duties, for the collection and delivery of
postal packets or if it is a vehicle being operated by or on behalf
of the South Yorkshire Safety Camera Partnerships while
carrying out roadside monitoring or enforcement operations. The
usual exceptions for disabled persons vehicles will also apply.

restricted roads and a statement of the Councils reasons for
proposing to make the Order may be examined at the Council
Office, Civic Office, Waterdale Doncaster between the hours of 9
