NOTICE OF PROPOSAL
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
LANCASHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(VARIOUS LOCATIONS, FYLDE BOROUGH) (REVOCATION AND VARIOUS PARKING RESTRICTIONS (25-26 NO3H)) ORDER 202*

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lancashire County Council propose to make the above Traffic Regulation Order under Sections 1, 2 and 4 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to:
1. Revoke the following:
a) The "Lancashire County Council (Fylde Borough Area) (On Street Parking Places, Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting) Consolidation Order 2009" insofar as it relates to:
i. Items (83)a), (83)b), (83)c)(i), (83)c)(ii), (117)(i), (117)(ii), (234)b)(v) and (238)c)(iv) of Schedule 10.01.
ii. Item (2) of Schedule 12.056.
iii. Items (2) and (3) of Schedule 12.066.
iv. Item (2)a) and (2)b) of Schedule 12.073.
b) The "Lancashire County Council (Various Roads, Fylde Borough Area) (Revocation and Introduction of Parking Places) Order 2015" insofar as it relates to Item (1) Doctor Parking Place Mon – Sat 9am – 6pm in Schedule 16.
2. Introduce a prohibition of waiting in the following lengths of road:
a) Dicconson Terrace, Lytham St Annes, the east side, from a point 72.5 metres south of its Centreline junction with Henry Street to its junction with the Centreline of Central Beach;
b) Dicconson Terrace, Lytham St Annes, the north east side, from its Centreline junction with Henry Street for a distance of 5 metres in a southerly direction;
c) Dicconson Terrace, Lytham St Annes, the west side, from a point 40 metres north of its junction with the Centreline of West Beach for a distance of 11 metres in a northerly direction;
d) Dicconson Terrace, Lytham St Annes, the west side, from its junction with the Centreline of West Beach for a distance of 19.5 metres in a northerly direction;
e) Henry Street, Lytham St Annes, the north side, from its junction with the Centreline of Queen Street for a distance of 9 metres in an easterly direction;
f) Henry Street, Lytham St Annes, the north side, from a point 44 metres east of its junction with the Centreline of Queen Street for a distance of 7.5 metres in an easterly direction;
g) Henry Street, Lytham St Annes, the north side, from a point 52.5 metres east of its junction with the Centreline of Green Street to its Centreline junction with Dicconson Terrace;
h) Henry Street, Lytham St Annes, the north side, from a point 4 metres west of its junction with the Centreline of Green Street for a distance of 8.5 metres in an easterly direction;
i) Henry Street, Lytham St Annes, the south side, from its Centreline junction with Dicconson Terrace for a distance of 12.5 metres in a westerly direction;
j) Henry Street, Lytham St Annes, the south side, from a point 29.5 metres west of its Centreline junction with Dicconson Terrace to its junction with the Centreline of Queen Street;
k) St Andrews Road North, Lytham St Annes, the north east side, from a point 59 metres north west of its junction with the Centreline of St Georges Road for a distance of 87 metres in a south easterly direction;
l) St Andrews Road North, Lytham St Annes, the north east side, from a point 54.5 metres south east of its junction with the Centreline of St Georges Road for a distance of 22 metres in a south easterly direction.
3. Introduce a prohibition of loading and unloading in the following lengths of road:
a) St Davids Road North, Lytham St Annes, the south west side, from its junction with St Leonards Road West for a distance of 14.5 metres in a north westerly direction;
b) St Davids Road North, Lytham St Annes, the south west side, from its junction with St Leonards Road West for a distance of 6 metres in a south easterly direction;
c) St Leonards Road West, Lytham St Annes, the north west side, from its junction with the Centreline of St Davids Road North for a distance of 16 metres in a south westerly direction;
d) St Leonards Road West, Lytham St Annes, the south east side, from its junction with the Centreline of St Davids Road North for a distance of 17 metres in a south westerly direction.
4. Introduce a taxi stand in St Annes Road West, Lytham St Annes, the south east side, from a point 2.5 metres south west of its Centreline junction with St Andrews Road North for a distance of 29.5 metres in a south westerly direction.
5. Introduce a taxi stand between 5pm and midnight and midnight and 9am in the following lengths of road:
a) St Andrews Road North, Lytham St Annes, the north east side, from a point 28 metres south east of its junction with the Centreline of St Georges Road for a distance of 26.5 metres in a south easterly direction;
b) St Andrews Road North, Lytham St Annes, the north east side, from a point 76.5 metres south east of its junction with the Centreline of St Georges Road for a distance of 22.5 metres in a south easterly direction.
6. Introduce a taxi stand 6pm to midnight and midnight to 3am in the following lengths of road:
a) Dicconson Terrace, Lytham St Annes, the west side, from a point 51 metres north of its junction with the Centreline of West Beach to its Centreline junction with Henry Street;
b) Henry Street, Lytham St Annes, the south side, from a point 12.5 metres west of its Centreline junction with Dicconson Terrace for a distance of 17 metres in a westerly direction.
7. Introduce a limited waiting parking place for 1 hour with no return within 1 hour Monday to Saturday between 8am and 6pm in the following lengths of road:
a) Dicconson Terrace, Lytham St Annes, the east side, from a point 5 metres south of its Centreline junction with Henry street for a distance of 67.5 metres in a southerly direction;
b) Dicconson Terrace, Lytham St Annes, the west side, from a point 51 metres north of its junction with the Centreline of West Beach to its Centreline junction with Henry Street;
c) Dicconson Terrace, Lytham St Annes, the west side, from a point 19.5 metres north of its junction with the Centreline of West Beach for a distance of 12.5 metres in a northerly direction;
d) Henry Street, Lytham St Annes, the north side, from a point 30.5 metres east of its junction with the Centreline of Queen Street for a distance of 13.5 metres in an easterly direction;
e) Henry Street, Lytham St Annes, the north side, from a point 51.5 metres east of its junction with the Centreline of Queen Street for a distance of 6.5 metres in an easterly direction;
f) Henry Street, Lytham St Annes, the north side, from a point 4.5 metres east of its junction with the Centreline of Green Street for a distance of 48 metres in an easterly direction;
g) Henry Street, Lytham St Annes, the north side, from a point 9 metres east of its junction with the Centreline of Queen Street for a distance of 11.5 metres in an easterly direction;
h) Henry Street, Lytham St Annes, the south side, from a point 12.5 metres west of its Centreline junction with Dicconson Terrace for a distance of 17 metres in a westerly direction.
