NOTICE OF VARIATION OF CHARGES
NOTICE IS HEREBYGIVENthat the Council of the Borough of Kirklees intends to vary the charges for parking at the off street parking places set out in the Schedule below in accordance with Section 35C of the Road Traffic RegulationAct 1984.
The effect of the variation will be to change the current scale of the charges in the off street parking places (car parks) in various towns in Kirklees district as shown in the Schedule below.
The new charges will come into force on Wednesday 1st April 2026.
PLEASE SEE ATTACHED THE SCHEDULE FOR THE EXISTING AND PROPOSED CHARGES
