The Council has made an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be that for a temporary period, to facilitate a safe working area for Scottish Power to carry out track and joint bay works, no person shall except with the permission of a Parking Attendant, cause or permit any vehicle to wait or load onto or unload from any vehicle at any time on eyre Ter, west side, from the extended south kerbline of the access to the underground car park, southwards for 55m. Existing parking restrictions will be suspended on the affected section of road described. The Order shall have effect from 09/03/26 to 23/03/26.
