PUBLIC NOTICE
National Park and Access to the Countryside Act 1949
DECLARATION OF LOCAL NATURE RESERVES IN THE COUNTY OF SHROPSHIRE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in pursuance of Sections 19 and 21 of the above-mentioned Act that:
1. the HEATH HILL & POOL HILL LOCAL NATURE RESERVE was made on the day of 26 February 2026, containing fourteen point two (14.2) hectares or thereabouts situated in Great Dawley, Telford in the County of Shropshire and shown edged red on the plan attached to the said Declaration, and that the said land is being managed as a Local Nature Reserve.
2. the PRIORSLEE FLASH LOCAL NATURE RESERVE was made on the day of 26 February 2026, containing thirty three point nine (33.9) hectares or thereabouts situated in Priorslee, Telford in the County of Shropshire and shown edged red on the plan attached to the said Declaration, and that the said land is being managed as a Local Nature Reserve.
3. the HOLMER LAKE & MADEBROOK LOCAL NATURE RESERVE was made on the day of 26 February 2026, containing fourteen point five (14.5) hectares or thereabouts situated in The Nedge, Telford in the County of Shropshire and shown edged red on the plan attached to the said Declaration, and that the said land is being managed as a Local Nature Reserve.
4. Certified copies of the said Declarations with plans attached have been deposited for public inspection free of charge at the office of Telford and Wrekin Council at Darby House, Lawn Central, Telford TF3 4JA from Monday to Friday inclusive 9 am to 4.30 pm.
