HYSBYSIR trwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Caerfyrddin wedi gwneud Gorchymyn sy’n gwahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhagg mynd ar hyd yr C2162 Cwmifor, Llandeilo, o’r gyffordd a’r U4484 Llandeilo, am bellter o 119 metr i gyfeiriad y gogledd-ddwyrain.
Lle bo’n bosibl caniateir i gerddwyr ac i gerbydau gael mynediad i eiddo unigol drwy gydol y cyfnod y bydd y ffordd ar gau. Y Ffordd Arall ar gyfer traffig sydd am deithio tua’r de-orllewin o fan sydd i’r gogledd-ddwyrain o’r man Ile mae’r ffordd ar gau fydd parhau i gyfeiriad y gogledd-ddwyrain ac wedyn y de-ddwyrain ar hyd yr C2162 Cwmifor, hyd at gylchfan Llangadog.
Wrth y gylchfan, defnyddio’r 3edd allanfa a pharhau i gyfeiriad y de-orllewin ar hyd yr A40 Maenordeilo, hyd at y gyffordd rr C2162 Cwmifor.
Wrth y gyffordd, troi i’r dde a pharhau i gyfeiriad y gogledd-ddwyrain ar hyd yr C2162 Cwmifor i ddychwelyd i fan sydd i’r de-orllewin o’r man Ile mae’r ffordd ar gau. l’r gwrthwyneb ar gyfer traffig sy’n teithio tua’r gogledd-ddwyrain.
Bydd y Gorchymyn yn parhau mewn grym wrth i waith gael ei wneud ar ran Dvvr Cymru i adnewyddu prif bibell ddirr.
Bwriedir i’r gwaith ddechrau ddydd Llun 23 Chwefror 2026 am 32 o ddiwrnodau.

The County of Carmarthenshire
(C2162 Cwmifor, Llandeilo)
(Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2026
NOTICE is hereby given that the Carmarthenshire County Council have made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along the C2162 Cwmifor, Llandeilo, from its junction with the U4484 Llandeilo, for a distance of 119 metres in a north easterly direction.
Pedestrian and vehicular access to individual properties will be maintained where possible throughout the duration of the closure.
The Alternative Route fo- south west bound traffic from a point north east of the closure, will be to proceed in a north easterly then south easterly direction along the C2162 Cwmifor, to Llangadog Roundabout.
At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit and continue in a south westerly direction along the A40 Manordeilo, to its junction with the C2162 Cwrnifor.
At the junction, turn right and continue in a north easterly direction along the C2162 Cwmifor to return to a point south west of the closure. Vice versa for north east bound traffic.
The Order will continue in force whilst works are carried out on behalf of of Dwr Cymru Welsh Water to conduct water mains renewal work.
It is intended that the works commence on Monday 23rd February 2025 for 32 days.
Where appropriate temporary Road Traffic Regulation Orders may continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months.
