What is happening?

CAMBRIDGESHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

The District of South Cambridgeshire (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Order 2023 (Amendment No. 23) Order 202-

Notice is hereby given that Cambridgeshire County Council (CCC) proposes to make the above-named Order under the powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and the Traffic Management Act 2004 (as amended). The effect of this Order is to prohibit waiting at any time (install double yellow lines) on both sides of:

The A1301 (Cambridge Rd/High Green), from 24m northeast of its junction with Granhams Rd to 12.5m northeast of its junction with Maris Green. Granhams Rd, from its junction with the A1301 to 18m northeast of its junction with De Freville Rd. Granhams Cl, from its junction with Granhams Rd, north-westwards for 13m. De Freville Rd, from its junction with Granhams Rd, south-eastwards for 17m.

The draft Order, together with a map showing the roads and lengths of road concerned and a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing to make the Order, may be inspected at New Shire Hall, Alconbury Weald, Huntingdon, PE28 4YE, by appointment only, or via our online consultation portal – please use the link https://consultation.appyway.com/south-cambridgeshire and select the Order that includes the reference PR1204.

All feedback, including objections stating the grounds on which they are made, must be sent in writing by the 18th of March 2026. Please use the consultation portal linked above or write to the undersigned. Comments will be used as part of our consultation process and may be published, anonymised, in any reports.
