What is happening?

STAFFORDSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 –
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC

Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council on 24/2/26 made an Order the effect of which is to temporarily prohibit vehicles from proceeding along: 

Church Eaton Road, Bromstead. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=GB147321345. The Order will come into operation on 28/2/26 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed on the same day. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the BT ducting works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Salt Lane, Sandonbank. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=GB147398733. The Order will come into operation on 26/2/26 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 27/2/26. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the boundary box installation works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

B5066 Sandon Road, Hilderstone. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=GB147658960. The Order will come into operation on 3/3/26 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed on the same day. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the BT pole replacement, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Washdale Lane, Oulton Heath. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=GB147549084. The Order will come into operation on 26/2/26 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed on the same day. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the pole recovery works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Back Lane, Haughton. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=GB147601939. The Order will come into operation on 2/3/26 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 4/3/26. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the disconnection works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Barton Lane, Bradley. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=GB147727090. The Order will come into operation on 2/3/26 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 24/5/26. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the water mains renewal works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(AMENDMENT) NO. XXX/20XX

Staffordshire County Council propose to make a Traffic Regulation Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce No Waiting at Any Time on Church Street and Redhill Road, Stone. 

Documents may be examined during opening hours at Staffordshire Place 1, Tipping Street, Stafford, ST16 2DH and at Stone Library, High Street, Stone, Staffordshire, ST15 8AT or via https://consultation.appyway.com/stafford.  

Comments can be sent via the link above or in writing to: Traffic and Network Management, 3rd Floor, Staffordshire Place 1, Tipping Street, Stafford, ST16 2DH no later than Wednesday 18 March 2026 quoting reference CDT6627-2415 and stating the grounds on which they are made.
