What is happening?
DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
A515 BUXTON ROAD, ASHBOURNE ROAD, FENNY BENTLEY
WHEN: 02 March to 28 March 2026 (week nights between 19:00 to 05:00 each night).
WHERE: A515 Buxton Road, Ashbourne Road between Jct. of Parwich Dale and Jct. with B5056 Fenny Bentley.
REASON: To facilitate carriageway surface repairs.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: A515, A5012, B5056, A515 and vice versa.
Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road. The road will re-open as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised.
Anyone needing further information should ring Call Derbyshire on 01629 533190. The County Council has made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic.
