Order made: To close Footpaths SV-530, Stourport-on-Severn & AD-522, Astley and Dunley from their junction with A451 Stourport Rd at grid ref: 379323, 269919 to their junction with B4194 Pearl Ln at grid ref: 379787, 269849.
The Order has been made due to a housing development.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises having a frontage to the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the necessary works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: A451 Stourport Rd, B4194 Pearl Ln.
The proposed Order will continue in force for a period not exceeding 6 months until the works which it is proposed to carry out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. However, it is anticipated that the Order will only be operative for 6 months commencing on 19 February 2026.
(Wyre Forest District – Chaddesley Corbett area) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2007 (Variation) Order 2026 [Prohibition of Waiting on The Green and Briar Hill, Chaddesley Corbett]
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to Prohibit waiting at any time on the following length and side of road in Chaddesley Corbett:
Briar Hill (north west side): from its junction with The Green for a distance of 10 metres in a north easterly direction and for a distance of 10 metres in a south westerly direction.
The Green (south side): from its junction with Briar Hill for a distance of 21.4 metres in a westerly direction.
The Green (north side): from its junction with Briar Hill for a distance of 19.6 metres in a westerly direction.
