TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART OF THE U1433 ASHMANS ROAD, BECCLES
Suffolk County Council intends to make an order closing the U1433 Ashmans Road, Beccles from the junction with Whitehouse Gardens to the junction with Ringsfield Road to facilitate a new electricity connection. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.
Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.
The diversion route will be the B1062, Ringsfield Road and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will operate from 02/03/2026 - 06/03/2026 but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the C406 Station Road, Old Newton from Silver Street for 60 metres westbound to facilitate pole testing. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.
Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.
The diversion route will be the B1113, the B1115, the A1308, Fishponds Way and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will operate on 20/02/2026 from 9.30am - 3.30pm but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

It is intended that the closure will operate on 20/02/2026 from 8am - 5pm but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

The diversion route will be the A12, the B1438, the A12 and no vice versa.
It is intended that this measure will operate from 20/02/2026 - 07/06/2026 but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

TEMPORARY CLOSURE AND SUSPENSION OF ONE-WAY TRAFFIC ON PART OF
THE U4555 TAKERS LANE, STOWMARKET
Suffolk County Council intends to make an order closing the U4555 Takers Lane, Stowmarket from 85 metres west of the junction with Ipswich Road for 20 metres eastbound to facilitate a stop tap replacement. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.
Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.
The diversion routes will be:
Lime Tree Place, Ipswich Road and vice versa.
Bridge Street and vice versa.
For the duration of this closure, there will be a temporary suspension of one-way traffic on the U4555 Takers Lane, Stowmarket.
It is intended that these measures will operate from 8pm 02/03/2026 - 6am 03/03/2026 but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).
