What is happening?

CAMBRIDGESHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

(VARIOUS ROADS, WILBURTON) (SPEED LIMITS) (CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2025

Cambridgeshire County Council (CCC) proposes to make an Order under all relevant sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police the effect of which will be to implement a 20mph speed limit in the village of Wilburton, terminating on: Broadway, at a point 16m southwest of its junction with Station Rd. Station Rd, at a point 38m southeast of its junction with Broadway. Stretham Rd (A1123), at a point 26m east of its junction with Station Rd. Twentypence Rd (B1049) at a point 190m south of its junction with Warren Cl. West St (A1123), at a point 129m west of its western junction with Church Ln. For administrative purposes the Order revokes and consolidates the effects of all active 30mph and 40mph speed limit Orders within, and on approach to, the village.
