Notte Street, Devonport Hill, Victoria Road - Temporary Prohibition Of Driving, Parking, Waiting, Loading & Unloading To Resurfacing Works
What is happening?

THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH (NOTTE STREET, DEVONPORT HILL, VICTORIA ROAD) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING, PARKING, WAITING, LOADING & UNLOADING) ORDER 2026
NOTICE is hereby given that Plymouth City Council acting under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), intend to make an Order the effect of which is:
1. To prohibit the driving, parking, waiting, loading & unloading of vehicles in:
• Notte Street - phased for its entirety
• Devonport Hill - from Cumberland Road to Kings Road
• Victoria Road - from Lynher Street to Verna Road
The prohibition of driving, parking, waiting, loading & unloading will be in operation on the days and during the hours that the appropriate traffic signs are displayed. The Order shall come into force on 9th March 2026 and shall continue in force for a maximum of 18 months
It is anticipated that the phased resurfacing works will commence on the 9th March 2026 until 10th April 2026. Advance warning boards will be displayed on site at each location to communicate exact dates and times nearer the time.
