LAND AT AMBROSE STREET, MANCHESTER, M12
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Manchester City Council intends to dispose of open space land situated approximately 3.1 miles southeast of the city centre of Manchester. The Land as identified within Appendix 1 has an area of approximately 3.7 acres and lies within the boundary of the authority of Manchester City Council, within the Gorton & Abbey Hey Ward.
The proposed use of the Land is for the installation of storage containers, to allow a local business to expand their premises.
The land described above is more particularly shown edged red on the deposited plan, which may be inspected at Customer Service Centre Ground Floor, Town Hall Extension, M60 2LA (for Sat. Nav. use M2 5DB) between the hours of 9.00am and 4.30pm on Monday to Friday inclusive. If you are unable to attend, a copy of the plan may be requested (without payment) by emailing phlegal@ manchester.gov.uk
Objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing and addressed to me at the address below or by emailing phlegal@manchester.gov.uk so as to be received no later than 9th March 2026. Please quote reference L/ GS/EST001/93454
