ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
Warwickshire County Council has made the following Temporary Traffic Orders:
NUNEATON ROAD, BEDWORTH
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic between 272 and 459 Nuneaton Road.
Reason for Order: To safely enable the replacement of a telegraph pole.
Order Commences: 10 February 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 10 February 2026.
Access & Diversion: Nuneaton Road, Bulkington Lane, Lutterworth Road, Temple Hill, Leicester Road, Church Hill, Bulkington Road, Wolvey Road, Rugby Road and vice versa.

ST PAULS ROAD, STOCKINGFORD
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: To safely enable works to alter electric network supply.
Order Commences: 9 February 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 13 February 2026.
Access & Diversion: No diversion is available.

TUTTLE HILL & KAREN CLOSE, NUNEATON
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic at the junction of Karen Close.
Reason for Order: To safely enable repairs to defective manhole frame and cover.
Order Commences: 11 February 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 11 February 2026.
Access & Diversion: Tuttle Hill, Camp Hill Road, Coleshill Road, Ansley Common, West View, Birmingham Road, Ansley Road, Arbury Road, Croft Road, Queens Road, Jubilee Way, Corporation Street, Central Avenue, Abbey Green, Midland Road and vice versa.

AMOS AVENUE, NUNEATON
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: To safely enable the replacement of a sluice valve.
Order Commences: 9 February 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 11 February 2026.
Access & Diversion: No diversion is available.

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic from Nuneaton Road to Mill Terrace.
Reason for Order: Carriageway patching and associated works, 08.00hrs-16.00hrs.
Order Commences: 13 February 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 13 February 2026.
Access & Diversion: B4113 Nuneaton Road, Sutherland Drive, Reynolds Road, Joseph Luckman Road, Wood Street, Mill Terrace and vice versa.

ELMFIELD ROAD, NUNEATON
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic from 4 to 19 Elmfield Road.
Reason for Order: To safely enable the repair of a wastewater pipe.
Order Commences: 9 February 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 13 February 2026.
Access & Diversion: No diversion due to the road being a dead end.

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic from Manor Court Road to Duke Street.
Reason for Order: Carriageway patching and associated works, 08.00hrs - 16.00hrs.
Order Commences: 12 February 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 12 February 2026.
Access & Diversion: Duke Street, Mount Street, B4102, Manor Court Road and vice versa.
Access/Egress to/from York Street via Queens Road and access/egress to/from Clarence Street via Duke Street whilst works are in progress.

COLESHILL ROAD, HARTSHILL
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: The repair/replacement of a manhole frame and cover.
Order Commences: 26 February 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 27 February 2026.
Access & Diversion: Coleshill Road, Camp Hill Road, Tuttle Hill, Midland Road, Abbey Green, Central Avenue, Corporation Street, Jubilee Way, Burgage Walk, Queens Road, Croft Road, Arbury Road, Ansley Road, Birmingham Road, Ansley Common, West View and vice versa.

D1077 KINGSWOOD ROAD, NUNEATON
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic from its junction with Church Road.
Reason for Order: Carriageway patching and associated works, 09.30hrs-15.30hrs.
Order Commences: 24 February 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 27 February 2026.
Access & Diversion: No suitable diversion available for Kingswood Road. Access/egress to/from adjoining roads will be via Church Road, B4102 Ansley Road, B4112 Ansley Road and Thorntons Way.

RUGBY ROAD, WITHYBROOK & RUGBY ROAD, STREET ASHTON
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: To enable water mains renewal works.
Order Commences: 27 February 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 29 March 2026.
Access & Diversion: Leicester Road, Church Road, Brinklow Road, Ansty Lane, Shilton Road, Coventry Road, Broad Street, The Crescent, Lutterworth Road, Fosse Way and vice versa.

SUTHERLAND DRIVE, BEDWORTH
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: To enable works on water network.
Order Commences: 24 February 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 24 February 2026.
Access & Diversion: Leicester Road, Nuneaton Road, Coventry Road, Bedworth Bypass and vice versa.

BOW LANE, WITHYBROOK
Order Effect: Road Closed to vehicular traffic between Elmhurst farm and All Saints Close.
Reason for Order: To enable replacement of an existing pole.
Order Commences: 26 February 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 26 February 2026.
Access & Diversion: Bow Lane, Fosse Way, Rugby Road, Main Street, Kirby Lane and vice versa.

TUNNEL ROAD, ANSLEY
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: To safely enable the laying of approx. 28m of duct.
Order Commences: 26 February 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 27 February 2026.
Access & Diversion: Ansley Road, Birmingham Road, Coleshill Road, Ansley Common, West View, Plough Hill Road, Hickman Road, Tunnel Road and vice versa.

BAYTON ROAD, BEDWORTH
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: To safely enable the repair of a manhole frame and cover.
Order Commences: 23 February 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 24 February 2026.
Access & Diversion: Bayton Road, Coventry Road, Colliery Lane, Colliery Lane North and vice versa.

For all of the above temporary orders, pedestrian access to and egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the length of road to be closed will be maintained at all times. Vehicular access will be maintained where possible.
