Farnborough, Temporary Road Closures for Farnborough Winter Half Marathon

What is happening?

TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE -VARIOUS ROAD, RUSHMOOR, FARNBOROUGH WINTER HALF MARATHON

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council has made an order under Section 16(A) of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 to allow the Farnborough Winter Half Marathon to take place out on or near the road.

ROADS TO BE CLOSED:

1. A327 Elles Road (West-bound carriageway) between its junction with Pinehurst Road and its junction with Frank Whittle Roundabout.

2. Iveley Road between its junction with Frank Whittle Roundabout and its junction with Cody Park Roundabout.

3. Kennels Lane between its junction with Cody Park Roundabout, and its junction with Iveley Road Roundabout.

4. Iveley Road (West-bound carriageway) between its junction with Kennels Lane and its junction with Fleet Road.

5. Fleet Road (West-bound carriageway) between its junction with Iveley Road and its junction with Clubhouse Road.

6. A325 Farnborough Road (South-bound carriageway) between its junction with Alison's Road and its junction with Queen's Roundabout.

7. A325 Farnborough Road (on & off slip) between its junction with Alison's Road and its junction with A325 Farnborough Road.

ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Norris Hill Road, Velmead Road, Reading Road South, Beacon Hill Road, Bourley Road, Wellesley Road, Farnborough Road, Fleet Road.

DURATION OF ORDER: from Sunday 8th February 2026 between the hours 07:00 - 13:00 for 1 day or until the event has ended, whichever is sooner. Reasonable facilities will be provided to allow access to adjacent premises while the event is being carried out.
