intend, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to
make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation
Act 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary
Restrictions) Act 1991 because works are being or proposed to
be executed on or near the road and the effect will be to prohibit
any vehicle/pedestrian from proceeding in that length of High
Fisher Gate in the City of Doncaster District as described in the
Schedule to this notice on the dates and times referred to in the
said Schedule.
Reason for closure: To ensure the safety of the public and the
workforce whilst works to replace the Premier Inn sign are
undertaken.
NOTICE is also given that the alternative route for vehicles/
pedestrians affected by the Order is via Market Place, Scot Lane,
Silver Street, Market Road, Church Way.

THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991
NOTICE is hereby given that the City of Doncaster Council
intend, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to
make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation
Act 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary
Restrictions) Act 1991 because works are being or proposed to
be executed on or near the road and the effect will be to prohibit
any vehicle from entering, proceeding or waiting in that length of
Bank Street at Mexborough in the City of Doncaster District as
described in the Schedule to this notice on the dates and times
referred to in the said Schedule.
Reason for closure: To ensure the safety of the public and the
workforce whilst nighttime resurfacing works including planeing
operations are undertaken.
NOTICE is also given that the alternative route for vehicles
affected by the Order is via Garden Street, Hartley Street, Greens
Way, West Street, John Street, Station Road.
Any vehicle that is in contravention of the waiting restriction
imposed by this Order may be removed under the provisions of
the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986. Any
contravention of the prohibitions or restrictions imposed by this
Order may result in a Penalty Charge Notice being issued and
the subsequent removal of a vehicle.
